i started workinq out today ;

- i ran around the park ; one lap.

- crunchies; 50
& i’m qoinq to be watchinq waht i eat; i’m serious about losinq weiqht. i’m tiredd of feelinq qoood about myself only on certain days, iused to feel qood on a daily basis. And, no. I won’t have the same old body i had before, i’m qonna work harder to have a better one. I’m not only doing this for looks but for my health, i need to start eating healthy and not have fkcin anemia anymore. My friends say i look fine, but i dont feel fine, therefore i am not fine. I’m tired of not fitting into my old clothes, i don’t want to be a bigger size. I used to be a size 5 the most being 7, now i wear a size 9. Dresses i used to wear S or M, now its M or L and same with shirts. I know i let my self gain weight and i qot my wake up call. Therfore i’m determined to work out and lose weight this summer.
I SECOND THAT!! I NEED TO EAT BETTER AND TONE UP! WE SHOULD DO IT TOGETHER!
